Wildlife At Risk: Rescuing Vietnam's Endangered Species

Based in Ho Chi Minh City since 2003, Wildlife At Risk (WAR) operates wildlife rescue stations at Cu Chi, Cat Tien, and Hon Me in southern Vietnam. Working with provincial Forest Protection Departments and national parks, WAR rescues animals such as Siamese crocodiles, moon bears, pygmy lorises, and gibbons seized from traffickers, then rehabilitates and releases them back to the wild. The organization also runs anti-trafficking law enforcement support and community education programs.
